Consignments are individually created for Private and Commercial spaces, and become major centerpieces for that environment, whether reception areas, board rooms, cultural and community spaces, or simply centerpieces of the home.
Mirjam produces highly personal pieces that are deeply meaningful to clients, and are pieces created for both Private appreciation and Corporate display. It is a journey in which both the artist and the client is joined, and provides clients with a unique opportunity to be involved and engaged throughout.

This is a highly individual process where the client can direct Mirjam as to the nature of the work, the subject to be brought to life, any preference in colours and textures you might have, and the size of the piece. The best outcome is when the client provides Mirjam with total freedom in how these come together, where the client will be able to view the progress of the work.
The key to these meetings is to understand & discuss the primary needs of the work:

- the dimensions of the work
- the position in which the Artwork will hang

"I had seen an exhibition of Miriam Aigner’s artwork in the Snowy Mountains and the techniques she employed were quite unlike anything I’d ever seen. Each work stood out because of its individuality and vibrancy, and it was this exhibition that propelled me to contact Mirjam to create a unique piece for me.
Being involved in the initial concept of a commissioned artwork proved to be both a fascinating and ultimately rewarding experience. When I asked Miriam to create one of her beautiful pieces for our home, my brief was rather vague except for an idea of eucalypts as the central motif. Mirjam and I discussed the size of the piece and where it would hang. Mirjam brought her swatch of materials in a myriad of colours and patterns.
We established my preferred colour palette and considered the existing furnishings. Miriam showed me a selection of my favourite materials and how they could be combined, overlaid and contrasted to create something unique and reflective of the local flora. Throughout the evolution of the work, Miriam updated me with photographs and invited me to come and see the work in progress. The final result was a truly beautiful interpretation that incorporated the ideas we had discussed together and which Mirjam had spent many hours creating. Whenever I look at this piece I am delighted again. Mirjam patiently and professionally sought to understand what I wanted and then worked her magic." (Chris Ryrie)

"I absolutely love my art piece by Mirjam Aigner. Mirjam created a beautiful piece for my Chinese Medicine Practise. I personally selected the colour theme and left Mirjam to express herself in her own unique and particular art form. The result was amazing! Mirjam carefully selected old 1920’s silk and natural materials to reflect the old and natural tradition of Chinese Medicine and cleverly used images of Chinese Medicine cups to represent the grounding force of energy and circulation needed in new growth. Chinese Medicine uses unique glass cups as a tool to promote circulation and energy flow in the body. I was able to interact with Mirjam throughout the production of the piece, and as a result I feel a strong energetic connection that I don’t feel with any other art piece.
